很多儿童玩具卖家反馈，我产品做了CPC认证，我提交了，亚马逊那边审核还是不通过，不通过的原因有哪些?

遇到CPC被拒的情况，*先需要检测你的CPC证书是否有按要求包含以下七点信息：

1、产品信息;

2、产品适用的所有的法规和条列;

3、进口商或制造商(美国本土)的信息：包括名称、地址和电话;

4、支撑证书的检测结果档案持有人的联系信息：名称、地址、邮箱地址和电话。(通常可以理解为美国本土以外的制造商);

5、产品生产日期和地址，生产日期必须到年月，地址必须到城市;

6、检测时间和地址或者证书基于的检测报告

7、第三方检测机构信息(CPSC认可的实验室)：名称、地址、联系电话。

如果上述都没有问题，则需要根据亚马逊反馈的邮箱来具体分析操作了

亚马逊常见的邮箱问题如下

1 年龄等级

亚马逊回复：

We noticed that the recommended Age Grade of the ASIN is missing onthe product(s) detail page.

Please update the product(s) detail page with the recommended AgeGrading (the manufacturer_minimum_age attribute) identified on theASINs third party test report in order to move forward with theapproval process.

分析：

Listing后台缺少产品的适用年龄描述，在后台更新好即可。

2 进口商信息

The CPC submitted is missing required information. To move forwardwith the approvals process for your product, please resubmit thedocument with the following updated information:

US importer or domestic manufacturer name, mailing address, contactinformation located in United States.

CPC证书内缺少进口商信息，需要补全相关信息。

3 检测结果维护联系人

Contact information for the individual maintaining records,including name, full mailing address, email address,and telephonenumber.

CPC证书上缺少检测结果维护联系人的相关信息。

4 合规文件缺少

In order to review your documents related to Product Assurance ofToys, please submit them on Vendor Central using the followingsteps:

4.1. In Vendor Central, click the Items menu, and then selectVendor Certificates

4.2. Click on Missing Compliance Documents;

4.3. Search for the affected ASIN and then;

4.4. Click Add to upload the documents.

不要在CASE中回复内容和提交文件，需要在菜单目录栏找到查看销售申请，再找到被拒绝的ASIN，重新提交证书进行审核。

5 产品图片信息

Please be informed that we can only accept product images.Therefore, kindly take clear photo of the product and productpackaging clearly displaying:

* Manufacturer Name

* Manufacturer Address

* Warning label (as applicable

亚马逊要求的项商品图片中，产品的实拍图需要清楚地体现出制造商名称、制造商地址和警告标语等。
